Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and positioning new solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities
* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upsell products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value proposition
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
- Provide information about current plans and products to customers
- Identify and position new solutions that align with customers' needs and preferences
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements
* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite connections)
- A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
