Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and positioning new solutions that meet their needs. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value proposition
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Provide information about current plans and products to customers
  • Identify and position new solutions that align with customers' needs and preferences
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite connections)

  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
