Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely updates on their orders
  • Gathering information on customer complaints and escalating them to management for swift resolutions
  • Scheduling interviews with applicants for the Plant Manager to conduct
  • Conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order status
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with the Plant Manager and other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

While we welcome applications from candidates with various backgrounds and experiences, we are particularly interested in those with:

  • Previous experience in MS Office systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems, such as CRM platforms and ticketing systems
