Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. You will also assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately document call content in real-time
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
