The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our clients through live chat, email, and social media platforms. You'll be the face of our company, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
