Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers.
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression on our customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of our business.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure you're equipped to succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A 19-inch standalone monitor.
  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless).
  • A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile).
  • A noise/distraction-free home office environment.
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair.
