This position is part of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division at arenaflex. As an IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to employees in all aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.
What you'll do
* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
- Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
- Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
- Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
- Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues
- Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management
- Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
- Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
- Install and configure local and network-based printers
- Perform routine maintenance and support
- Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required
- Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

All you'll need for success
* Minimum Qualifications: Education and Earlier Professional training + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/training
- Preferred Qualifications: Training and Earlier Professional training
+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment
- Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates
+ General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
