Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms. You will work closely with our Packaging Strategy and Operations team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and excellence. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms, including but not limited to: + Packaging strategy and operations data + Product data + Customer data + Sales data
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards to support business growth and excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including packaging strategy and operations, product development, and sales to drive business growth and excellence
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis
Essential Qualifications
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business administration, data analysis, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data entry and management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with packaging strategy and operations, including packaging design and development
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in packaging and supply chain management
- Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
