What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, including:

  • Assisting with flight bookings, travel inquiries, and other travel-related concerns
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You'll Need

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous customer service or related experience
  • Experience working in a banking or credit union environment
  • Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
