Remote UI/UX Designer – Work from Anywhere

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Remote UI/UX Designer to join The Elite Job team. Key Responsibilities

• * Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and overall user experience.
• * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user needs and project goals.
• * Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iteratively improve design solutions.
• * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products.
• * Maintain consistency in visual design and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• * Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new design tools to ensure high-quality output.
• * Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-arenaflex, and review meetings.
• * Provide feedback to other designers and assist in design system development and documentation.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• * Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles, best practices, and trends.
• * Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• * Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a remote team.
• * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• * Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.
• * Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• * Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
