The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in real-time and providing them with prompt and helpful responses to their queries. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support
  • Assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and helpful responses

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or technical support experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
