We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-end pharmacy team, you will perform critical order entry tasks, collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and provide exceptional customer service. A Day in the Life

As an Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing order entry tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless medication dispensing processes
  • Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
  • Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
  • Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions to ensure timely processing
  • Providing dispensing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other flagged items
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences are preferred:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with technology and have strong data entry skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $17.00 - $28.46 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
