We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our part-time remote focus group panelist team. As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you will have the opportunity to participate in various focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments, earning up to $750 per week. This is a fantastic way to supplement your income, gain new experiences, and develop valuable skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Share your opinions and experiences with our clients and sponsors
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Attend focus groups and meetings online or in-person, as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior Customer Service Representative Agent experience is necessary
