What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in various projects, working with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
- Managing job postings on different job portals and evaluating candidate applications
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
