What You'll Do in This Role
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices; Knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile
Your Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our remote Customer Service Representative role include:
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical certification
- Ability to speak fluently in French and English
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet and distraction-free environment to work from home
- Rapid multitasking skills
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
- A desktop computer or laptop to perform PC and Internet tests; A work computer may be provided depending on the offered position, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in more detail with a recruiter)
- High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
