Job Summary
As a remote Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely, secure, and efficient cargo transportation, while also providing support to our customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with cargo bookings, tracking, and delivery, ensuring timely and secure transportation
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
