As a Customer Care Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with avionics experts to tackle business challenges and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve business processes
  • Utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the Load Control Center (LCC) team to ensure accurate and efficient handling of aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and compliance with manufacturer and company specifications

  • Collaborate with the Fuel Methodology team to develop and implement strategies for fuel conservation, improve aircraft routing, and enhance payload gauging
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to reduce responsibility and enhance efficiency
  • Work closely with the Operations and Customer Center team to resolve operational issues and improve business processes

What You'll Need to Succeed

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, research, finance, modern design, aviation administration) preferred

  • Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Enrolled in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly; willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on group outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in both individual and group settings
  • Commitment to safety and security, both personally and professionally
  • Embracing of diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles

What Will Give You an Edge

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with airline operations, scheduling, and planning
  • History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
