Timely and Accurate Revenue Collection: The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for collecting revenue from customers in a timely and accurate manner. This includes processing payments, managing accounts, and following up on delinquent payments. Customer Service: As a customer-focused company, PPL Corp expects the Revenue Collection Representative I to provide exceptional service to our customers. This includes answering inquiries, resolving billing issues, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Financial Reporting: The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of revenue collected and producing regular reports to track and analyze revenue trends. They will also be expected to identify and report any discrepancies or variances in revenue collection. Compliance: It is essential for the Revenue Collection Representative I to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to revenue collection. This includes maintaining confidentiality and following proper procedures for handling sensitive customer information. Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The Revenue Collection Representative I will need to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate revenue collection. Teamwork: The Revenue Collection Representative I will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient revenue collection process. They will also be expected to collaborate and share best practices to improve overall performance. Training and Development: PPL Corp is committed to the growth and development of its employees. The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and best practices and attending training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ad Hoc Projects: The Revenue Collection Representative I may be assigned ad hoc projects related to revenue collection or other company initiatives. They will be expected to take ownership of these projects and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.
