The Opportunity

Within arenaflex, the Mom and Baby team is a vibrant, collaborative unit consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a robust support system. Our division provides breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services to new and expectant mothers, supporting expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative on the Mom and Baby team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery nationwide
  • Interfacing with existing customers to determine their needs and presenting arenaflex's services
  • Handling inbound calls/emails from patients and converting them to potential sales
  • Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to provide personalized support
  • Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Communicating with customers to provide equipment/sizing troubleshooting and resolving any concerns
  • Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts
  • Documentation processing, including verification of insurance and order entry
  • Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

  • Self-discipline, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, research, and work independently as part of a dynamic team
  • Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics
  • Sensitivity to patient care issues and commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

  • Microsoft Office computer skills
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on phone-based interactions
  • 1+ years of multiple phone line experience
