Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Vacation Rental Industry Expert

At arenaflex, we're a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with our innovative software, and we're looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software, becoming a product expert and guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. You'll be responsible for providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform. You'll also report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed, identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to customers using arenaflex's software

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed
  • Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's software and features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, preferably in the vacation rental or travel industry

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
