Position Overview
As a Collection Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in resolving delinquent accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and achieve successful outcomes. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in this role and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and achieve successful outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and consumers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and achieve business objectives
- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics, including collection rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve performance and achieve business objectives
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and consumers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Preferred Qualifications
* One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
- Two (2) years of Collection Experience
- Mathematical and Analytical Skills
- Negotiation Skills
