Job Overview

In this role, you'll be working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless customer support, handling listings, and resolving support tickets in a timely manner. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing kind, helpful, and professional support to our customers, leveraging your excellent organizational skills and task management abilities. Your ability to work independently, take responsibility for your work, and collaborate with your teammate will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support ticket management and listing handling
  • Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet performance goals and objectives
  • Work closely with your teammate to provide 7-day week coverage, including rotating weekends (Sundays: morning shifts only)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a remote/online environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation
