- Acquire and induct aircraft meeting FAA, Frontier Airlines, and customer criteria
- Monitor induction/re-delivery procedures to ensure that the fleet meets all safety and airworthiness requirements
- Manage the induction/re-delivery process to successful and on-time completion
- Reserve and maintain registration and de-registration procedures for the fleet to include import/export procedures
- Conduct / coordinate the initial technical assessment of candidate aircraft
- Review, distribute, and compile Frontier selections and declinations for all MSCNs (or OEM equivalents) offered on new production aircraft
- Coordinate and participate in the physical inspection of potential candidate aircraft
- Coordinate and conduct the technical evaluation of candidate aircraft to define the configuration and condition of previously operated aircraft
- Consolidate and distribute all required documents to departmental heads and aircraft records for review
- Consolidate departmental candidate aircraft evaluations and forwarding of technical recommendations to upper management concerning acquisition of candidate aircraft
- Conduct and coordinate all pre-service meetings
- Maintain currency of the Aircraft Acquisition and Induction Manual and forms
- Conduct evaluations for fleet standardization to increase reliability and cost effectiveness
- Coordinate and facilitate special projects as assigned and in support of the Maintenance organization
- In departments without supervisors, ensure that personnel within the department including themselves are properly trained, qualified, and that they are current to perform assigned tasks associate with new aircraft induction
- BS in aviation field of study or FAA certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
- Preferred - Five years of aviation experience in maintenance or engineering
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Preferred - College Degree

- Ability to work under time-constraints, operational pressure, and deadlines.
- Must be detailed oriented and independently accurate in executing duties.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including thorough record keeping.
- Develop and support short- and long-term task completion schedule (capturing tasks without interference)
- Excellent communicator/Critical thinking skills
- This role can be based at our headquarters in Denver, CO or anywhere in the United States via a remote work arrangement (periodic travel to Denver from a Frontier-serviced city required)
- If remote, you must be able to follow our remote work policies, including ability and comfort level working from home with access to a high-speed internet connection
