What You'll Do
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, resolving complex issues, and making recommendations to improve their travel experiences
- Assisting customers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
What You'll Need for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel and Word experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer service or member-facing experience
- Previous banking or credit union experience
- Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
