What You'll Do

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, resolving complex issues, and making recommendations to improve their travel experiences
  • Assisting customers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy

What You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service or member-facing experience
  • Previous banking or credit union experience
  • Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
