Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing expert support to clients using bookkeeping and accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable solutions
* Assisting clients with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, and reconciliation
* Delivering high-quality customer service over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels
* Cross-selling relevant products and services to clients while addressing their concerns
* Taking ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and exceptional client satisfaction

Requirements
* Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Accounting Software: QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software experience is required.
* Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, and reconciliation.
* Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
* Communication Skills: Friendly tone and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work Environment: Quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area.
* Technology Requirements: Personal computer (no tablet), broadband internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download speed), wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet), Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date, and a wired USB headset with microphone.
Important Information
* Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
* Location: Must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
* Background Check: Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
