At arenaflex, we're a fast-growing digital marketing company based in London, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to our CEO. This is a full-time position that offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for growth and development. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You'll need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You'll also need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to our CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others, with a focus on Facebook Ads
  • Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
  • Providing exceptional customer support and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and applying this knowledge to improve our clients' results

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Excellent written English, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar and punctuation
  • Facebook Ads experience, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with a strong understanding of Google AdWords and Shopping campaigns
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A willingness to help out wherever our CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet, with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, it's a plus if you have:

  • Video editing experience
  • Copywriting experience
  • Website creation experience
  • Social media management experience
  • Online lead generation and follow-up experience
  • Product research experience

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

Your time will be split across a range of tasks, including:

  • FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)
  • Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
  • Graphic design (10%)
  • General Admin (10%)
  • Report Preparation (5%)
  • SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
  • Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)
