This remote data entry and analysis expert will play a crucial role in identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to enhance the Quality Control division. Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and actions, as well as perform root cause analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements. These enhancements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby providing a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders. Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility. Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements. Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision. May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective listening, understanding, and communication skills to present ideas and findings in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying audiences. The ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. Proficiency in bolthires Office. Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. The ability to troubleshoot, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred. Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and be an independent problem-solver. Past internship experience in a related field is preferred. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. The ability to plan and support large business initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess: A degree in a related field, such as data analysis, business administration, or a related field. Experience working in a quality control or data analysis role. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. Certifications in data analysis or a related field. Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques.
