We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack developer with Web Applications Security for one of the clients in Jacksonville, FL, open for 100% REMOTE. DevSecOps with Web Applications Security & Full Stack Development Jacksonville, FL 12 Months & Extendable 100 % Remote Mandatory skills needed for this role:
- Kubernetes
- Authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
- web application security (OWASP 10)
- API security PROJECT SCOPE: Project is dedicated to development work for an API Connect migration project REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge and experience developing and maintaining APIs.
- Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
- Proficiency using versioning tools: GIT, GNU, RCS, SCCS, CVS, SVN, Mercurial, Monotone, etc
- Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; JAVA, Python, Ruby, C++, .Net, Objective-C, React.Js, Node.JS, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, etc o May include languages such as; Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Kafka, Hive, NFI, Scoop, etc o May include database knowledge in; SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, dBase, MS Access, et.
- Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
- Proficiency programming in more than one of these programming language; JAVA, JavaScript, Python
- Experience with HTML and Frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, and EXPRESS
- Experience with Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, Gradle and DevOps practices.
- Experience with SOAP, REST web service development
- Must have working experience with one of the databases MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
- Must have knowledge of good security practices.
- Must have knowledge in web application security (OWASP 10) and API security
- Must have knowledge of cryptography and using the corresponding libraries of the programming language you are comfortable with.
- Must have a very good understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
- Must have knowledge of RBAC.
- Must have working experience with developing and deploying containerized applications running in Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of IBM API Connect is preferred.
- Manipulate data from various sources / formats such as: flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, JSON, etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- 5-8 years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or relevant work experience
- Development experience with JavaScript, Java, Node.js required
- DevOps experience using GitLab & Jenkins required
- Candidates MUST be Sr. Full-stack developers to include:
- Knowledge in web application security (OWASP 10) and API security Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
- Working experience with developing and deploying containerized applications running in Kubernetes.
