The Role The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for market development, partner enablement, and ongoing relationship support within an assigned territory. This role serves as a key bridge between Elcomplus, Inc. and our reseller and dealer partners. We are seeking a sales professional who excels at cultivating strong, ongoing partner relationships and supporting growth through trust, reliability, and collaboration. Success in this role comes from consistency, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to long-term partnership. The Channel Sales Executive works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, follow-through, and sustainable market growth while representing Elcomplus, Inc. with professionalism and integrity. What Success Looks Like ● Strong, trust-based partner relationships ● Consistent contribution to team and revenue goals ● Well-supported, well-educated channel partners ● Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and ethical sales practices ● Long-term market growth rather than short-term wins Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Relationship Management ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners within the assigned territory ● Act as a primary point of contact for partners, supporting both sales and ongoing success ● Collaborate with company executives to set and achieve annual sales targets ● Expand the customer base through existing and new partner relationships Sales Strategy & Partner Support ● Create, execute, and maintain regional sales and marketing plans ● Develop joint sales strategies with partners ● Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing enablement ● Clearly communicate SmartPTT’s competitive advantages and market position ● Conduct needs assessments and provide timely pricing quotes ● Monitor partner-related support tickets and assist in conflict resolution when needed Partner Enablement & Development ● Ensure partners have access to current product information, resources, and marketing collateral ● Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach ● Maintain accurate accounts, contacts, and pipeline data in CRM systems Market & Business Development ● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals ● Negotiate paid custom development requests and contracts in collaboration with partners and management ● Identify and attend appropriate industry events and tradeshows ● Represent Elcomplus, Inc. at exhibitions and prepare post-event analysis for leadership ● Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and feedback to company executives ● Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and market positioning ● Perform other duties as assigned Who You Are (Culture & Values Alignment) You are someone who: ● Leads with honesty, integrity, and transparency ● Builds relationships through trust, consistency, and service ● Enjoys collaborating as part of a team rather than operating in isolation ● Learns quickly and retains technical and product information well ● Is detail-oriented and comfortable with systems, processes, and ZOHO CRM ● Is proactive, organized, and reliable in follow-through ● Brings a positive, grounded, and professional attitude ● Enjoys travel, meeting new people, and engaging with diverse cultures ● Is open to self-awareness, feedback, and personal growth (including Enneagram-informed development)

Qualifications

Required ● Channel partner sales experience in: ● Two-way radio ● IT equipment ● Software or technical products ● Proven success selling technical solutions ● Strong consultative selling and customer needs assessment skills ● Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) ● Willingness to travel up to 25% ● Valid passport Preferred ● Experience with Motorola Solutions Inc. ● Experience with MOTOTRBO radio equipment ● Knowledge of computer and network technologies ● Sales development and needs analysis training ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (IT or radio sales preferred) Skills & Strengths ● Relationship-based, consultative selling ● Value-added sales techniques ● Objection handling rooted in understanding, not pressure ● Strong presentation skills with senior-level executives and large groups ● Clear, professional communication across all levels of an organization ● Persistent, responsible, and goal-oriented — without sacrificing integrity Our Culture Commitment At Elcomplus, Inc. we value: ● Teamwork over ego ● Integrity over shortcuts ● Long-term relationships over transactional wins ● Consistent contribution over flash performance We use tools like the Enneagram for communication and development, not as labels — to support collaboration, self-awareness, and healthy team dynamics. This role is designed to support both performance and well-being. ● $80,000 annual base salary, plus commission opportunities ● Additional bonus structure tied to performance and contribution ● Healthcare plan included ● Paid vacation time ● Remote work environment ● Flexible schedule, with an emphasis on outcomes rather than hours ● Monthly phone allowance This role offers the opportunity to work independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative, values-driven team.
