Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer support, process transactions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable products or services
- Exhibit product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients
- Aid product selection, recommending options and choices where relevant
- Make sales, manage cash, and process transactions with accuracy
- Maintain the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that products are displayed accurately
- Monitor product status and assist with returns
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company strategy
- Handle client requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company security policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic numerical skills and ability to manage financial transactions
- Meticulousness and attention to detail to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adaptability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a case-by-case basis
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in data entry or customer service
