Part-Time Revenue Marketing Manager (Remote) — Art, Music & Ecommerce Brand ⸻ Overview We’re looking for a part-time Revenue Marketing Manager to help unlock the next phase of growth for a high-visibility contemporary art brand operating at the intersection of visual art, music, live performance, and ecommerce. This role is not about social media posting or content scheduling. The focus is on conversion, email growth, ecommerce optimization, and launch monetization — turning an existing large audience into more consistent, predictable revenue. You’ll work directly with the founder, a synesthetic painter who translates music into large-scale visual art and collaborates with major musicians, festivals, and cultural institutions. ⸻ About the Brand Sarah Kraning is a contemporary visual artist whose work transforms sound and music into immersive paintings. The business operates across:

  • Original artwork & commissions
  • Limited-edition fine art prints (ecommerce)
  • Live painting performances with musicians
  • Brand and cultural collaborations The brand already generates ~$350k/year in revenue with minimal formal marketing systems in place and has a global audience of 800k+ across platforms. Website: Instagram / TikTok / arenaflex: @sarahkraning ⸻ Key Responsibilities Email Marketing & Subscriber Growth (Squarespace)
  • Build and execute email campaigns for:
  • Print drops and limited releases
  • Launch announcements and storytelling
  • Design and implement email list growth strategies, including:
  • On-site capture optimization
  • Lead magnets (early access, behind-the-scenes, drops)
  • Drop-based subscriber acquisition campaigns
  • Write or refine subject lines, email copy, and CTAs
  • Manage segmentation and basic performance tracking within Squarespace Email Campaigns ⸻ Ecommerce Conversion & Squarespace Optimization
  • Optimize the Squarespace e-commerce experience to increase conversion rate
  • Improve:
  • Homepage clarity and hierarchy
  • Product page layout, copy, and imagery flow
  • Navigation and collection structure
  • Mobile shopping experience
  • Create and optimize:
  • Drop pages and launch landing pages
  • Checkout flow and friction points
  • Make updates directly in Squarespace (no dev handoff) ⸻ Launch & Revenue Optimization
  • Own the email and ecommerce strategy for launches and print drops
  • Plan:
  • Pre-launch warming
  • Drop-day sequencing
  • Post-launch follow-arenaflex
  • Optimize timing, messaging, and offers to maximize revenue per launch ⸻ Paid Ads & SEO (Optional, Strong Plus)
  • Support or manage paid ads (Meta / Instagram) for launches
  • Improve on-site SEO (Squarespace), including:
  • Product descriptions
  • Page titles and metadata
  • Support long-term organic growth strategy ⸻ Reporting & Accountability
  • Track and report on:
  • Email subscriber growth
  • Email-attributed revenue
  • Conversion rate improvements
  • Make it clear whether initiatives are driving measurable revenue impact ⸻ Requirements Must-Have
  • Experience with ecommerce marketing
  • Strong email copy instincts
  • Hands-on experience with Squarespace (site + email campaigns)
  • Ability to think in terms of conversion, funnels, and revenue
  • Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with art, music, or premium creative brands
  • Understanding of brand positioning (not growth hacks or spam tactics)
  • Paid ads experience (Meta)
