Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. You will work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and will be required to meet productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Resolve patient issues related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including call volume, handle time, and first-call resolution rates
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex patient issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, arenaflex, or another application
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in arenaflex Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Education
* Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule may vary)
Schedule Availability
* Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is: + Minimum: $17.02 + Maximum: $27.16
- Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
