Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering calls and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and travel policies
- Collaborating with our SOC team to make travel arrangements and resolve complex issues
- Identifying and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution
- Responding to messages and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Screening flights and making recommendations to customers

- Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used by arenaflex
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, hospitality, communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain a high level of productivity and engagement
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of airline operations and travel policies
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Travel Associate)
