Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative on our Remote Health Team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from clients and teammates
  • Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve issues and provide support
  • Answering basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
  • Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous, extensive Customer Service experience (at least 2 years)
  • Passion for health and wellness (a must!)
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a 5-day a week, fully remote position with a flexible schedule:

  • Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
  • First two weeks of training: Monday - Friday
  • Sundays are mandatory
  • Wednesdays and Saturdays off
  • Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our Remote Health Team, you'll enjoy:

  • Expected first-year compensation: over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
  • Starting base rate: $22/hour
  • Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
  • All team members are eligible for stock option grants, awarded based on performance annually
  • Hourly and bonus compensation will grow as the company grows
  • Base wages are adjusted for inflation and cost of living changes
