Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and chat/text messages. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and promote arenaflex's services. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including ERA (Escalation Rate Average) above 10%
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chatbots
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide product information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Education & Skills Required

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including makes and models of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • High-speed internet access required
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chatbots
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. We offer two schedule options: Option 1:

  • Monday (OFF)
  • Tuesday (OFF)
  • Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Option 2:

  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Thursday (OFF)
  • Friday (OFF)
  • Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)
