Job Responsibilities

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing requests to update and maintain client account records in core data management systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data-related problems
  • Providing exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
  • Assisting in projects and managing tasks independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

Essential Qualifications

* Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
  • Ability to assist in projects and manage tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)

  • Experience in data administration, customer support, or a related field
  • Knowledge of data management systems, including data integrity and security best practices
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Certification in data administration or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
