Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving member issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from members, resolving issues and providing exceptional service
- Process claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related tasks
- Work with customers to solve problems and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
- Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
- Must score 80% or above on eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Previous Medicare experience
- Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
- Medical background helpful
