Job Summary

As an E-commerce Support Specialist – Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Shopify store owners and their customers. You'll handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate assistance. Your goal will be to troubleshoot, guide customers through their purchasing process, and provide detailed product information, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work variable shifts
