Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in responding to web inquiries through chat, engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, and managing email correspondence. You'll also be responsible for actively participating in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence, and fostering a positive customer experience.
