Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive sales, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in data entry, documentation, and project management will be essential in ensuring that our packaging strategies are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement packaging strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives

  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation, including packaging specifications, guidelines, and best practices
  • Manage and execute packaging projects, including design, production, and distribution
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that teams are equipped to execute packaging strategies effectively
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of packaging strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging and sustainability

Requirements

* 4-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in packaging, data entry, documentation, and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data entry software, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all work products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the retail industry, with a focus on packaging and sustainability

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in packaging and sustainability
  • Experience with data analysis software, including Excel and Tableau
  • Certification in packaging or sustainability, such as the Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) or the Sustainability Associate (SA)
  • Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
