Office Manager - Baldwin Day Hab

QSAC, Inc. is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism. The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Baldwin Day Hab program, ensuring efficient office operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Will welcome and admit visitors and greet students and families, while maintaining appropriate security procedures (visitor log book, Time card swipes, etc.)
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, ordering supplies
  • Maintain paper and computer files
  • Calendar management, create and edit Microsoft Office documents, as requested
  • Will respond to and transfer all in-coming calls and take messages in a professional manner and route calls as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management

  • Related administrative experience required

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with flexibility

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office is required
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 1-2 years customer service/office experience is highly preferred
