Who we’re looking for
Ambitious individuals ready to launch a meaningful career in data and AI, with:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline (STEM or non-STEM) excluding Computer Science
- A passion for problem-solving and technology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability
- The right to work in the UK

Beyond the two-year training agreement, internal progression offers earning potential of £60,000+.
