Job Summary
As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat and email support. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to routine and complex issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means
