Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in Spanish and English, resolving their billing, programming, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their arenaflex experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and providing solutions to customers' complex issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Work Environment:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, providing a flexible and comfortable work environment. arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, including a PC tower, power adapter, and two monitors, as well as required accessories, such as a USB headset, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and Ethernet cable. You will be responsible for maintaining a dedicated home office workspace with a stable internet connection, meeting the minimum requirements of 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed with 99% uptime.
