Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Working on various projects and tasks related to RxClaim, including enterprise requirement determinations, clinical adjudication tasks, and root cause analysis for override issues
• Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues related to PAs (Prior Authorizations)
• Supporting CAPAS (Clinical Adjudication and Prior Authorization System) carrier catalog offerings and implementing progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations
• Assisting with the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
• Demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration and accountability, in a matrixed environment
• Articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical users and making strategic decisions based on validated reasoning and good judgment

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical users
• Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
• Experience using MS Access database
