Job Summary

As a Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate job details. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
  • Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
  • Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
  • Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
  • Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company
  • High interaction with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Other duties as assigned, including adapting to changing priorities and workflows

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Must live in Illinois and be able to reliably work from home, with occasional on-site training at our McHenry, IL facility
  • Previous dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, adapting to changing situations and deadlines
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities and workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work efficiently from home
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, including third shift hours (3:30pm-12:00am, Tuesday thru Saturday)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the plumbing, electric, or HVAC industry is a plus, but not required

  • Strong knowledge of Service Titan & ClearPath software, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to plan and dispatch jobs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
