Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries about our clients' services and products. You'll work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser, to provide top-notch support to our clients' existing customers. We're looking for individuals who are honest, professional, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries about our clients' services and products
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser
- Make your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A quiet home office environment, or somewhere quiet to work
- Must be over 18 years of age
- A computer with a high-speed internet connection (Windows 7 or better)
- A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer
- Ability to perform work without supervision
