Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrating a strong customer focus, rooted in empathy and understanding
  • Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management, using clear and concise language
  • Exercising good judgment and independent decision-making skills, making decisions that align with arenaflex's values and policies
  • Utilizing effective listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to resolve customer issues
  • Being proactive, managing your time effectively, and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and quality in your work
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Reliable private internet connection, not supplied by cellular data or hotspot
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
