Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as payment determinations, claims related to medical and dental procedures, and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Making it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Being an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs that meet their needs.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
