Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team in Kansas City. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to advise customers on benefits and provide education on previously submitted documents and requests
- Responding to and owning consumer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (call center experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear a background check
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales or benefits experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (eligible for higher hourly rate)
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Strong knowledge of benefits and insurance products
