Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team in Kansas City. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to advise customers on benefits and provide education on previously submitted documents and requests
  • Responding to and owning consumer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (call center experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Empathetic and good listening skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to clear a background check
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales or benefits experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (eligible for higher hourly rate)
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and insurance products
