Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers are successful and satisfied with our services. This is a full-time work-from-home position that requires a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. You will be provided with the necessary computer, technology, and equipment to perform your job duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from cardholders, maintaining exceptional customer service as your constant goal
  • Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Authorize sales and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, providing clear and concise information and solutions
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and perform job duties

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience of any kind and/or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
  • Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Be 18-years-old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking
